This year, I have been running my design business for ten whole years (!) so I wanted to talk a little bit about sustainability and the lessons I've learned about building a business to last.

As I've moved through my business, I've developed strategies, a mindset and values that have allowed me to make sustainability a key foundation in my business to make sure it can keep being my dream job for as long as I want it to beโ€ฆ

It's why I'm also so passionate about helping other designers do the same!

And I think we're so often told that working for yourself is wobbly, inconsistent, and way too hard to do long-term (I know I was told that countless times in the first few years of my business)

This doesn't have to be true! Your business can be built to last ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Listen along for this chatty episode where I share my thoughts about sustainability and I really hope you enjoy! ๐Ÿฅฐ
